CutBack Concrete Cleaner Cutback® is a dilutable concrete etcher and cleaner formulated with a special blend of Phosphoric acid and surfactants to prepare bare, open concrete for coating with water-based concrete seals like Hillyard Cover 1® , OR COVER 2®. Many concrete etchers are formulated with Hydrochloric acid that can burn concrete. Cutback® formulated with Phosphoric acid, is easier to use and will get the job done without the negative effects of Hydrochloric acid.
