On resilient and hard floors, its special chelating action ties up the insoluble alkaline salts left behind by alkaline strippers that can case floor finishes to powder or wear poorly. Neutralizer allows stripper residue to be quickly and easily removed. Its labor-saving formula eliminates multiple rinsing steps. On most floors, a flood rinse (using Neutralizer at 2 oz. per gallon), followed by a damp mop rinse with clean water, is all that’s required.Neutralizer removes detergent residues left behind from repeated cleanings, and neutralizes any alkalinity in the carpet. Extract carpeting with a solution mixed 2 oz. per gallon of water.

Simply damp mop with a dilution of Nutra-Rinse or dilute in an auto scrubber to dissolve ice melt residues on hard floor surfaces and resilient tile. You can also use it to dissolve residues tracked onto carpet! Simply dilute and spray as a pretreatment or use in your carpet extractor.

It contains twin-chain quaternary ammonium compounds to reduce and control the growth of odor causing bacteria. Carpet Sanitizer is fortified with odor counteractants to neutralize unpleasant odors.Carpet Sanitizer’s low-foaming formula is ideal for use with extraction or bonnet cleaning equipment. You can use it on most commercial washable synthetic fibers, but it is not recommended for Advanced 5th Generation Stain Resistant or wool carpets. Hillyard Defoamer II is a concentrated, stable white emulsion, specially formulated to eliminate foam in recovery tanks of carpet cleaning equipment, automatic floor scrubbers, and wet pickup vacuums. It acts quickly to help prevent foam from being pulled into the electrical vacuum motor, where moisture can cause rust and other damage.Using Hillyard Defoamer II is easy. For new equipment, just dilute six ounces of concentrated Defoamer II with a quart of water and pick up the solution. Defoamer II is pulled through the recovery system to break up the foam at its source. For subsequent treatments, just add 1/2 to one ounce of Defoamer II per gallon of tank capacity. It’s that simple.
Defoamer II is noncorrosive, phosphate free, and contains no caustics or acids. It can be used in a wide variety of equipment…including hot and cold water carpet extractors, shampooers, automatic scrubbers and wet/dry vacuums. Defoamer II comes conveniently packaged in quarts and one gallon containers.
