This session will provide practical education built around the industry-standard PDIR process—Preventative, Daily, Interim, and Restorative care—a proven framework for extending carpet life, improving appearance, and reducing long-term maintenance costs.

What You’ll Learn & Experience:

• How effective preventative measures, such as proper matting, reduce soil intrusion
• Daily care best practices, including vacuuming and proper spotting techniques
• Interim cleaning methods with fast dry times, including bonnet cleaning and encapsulation
• Restorative deep cleaning using extraction, and when it is most effective
• Hands-on demonstrations and participation with spotting, bonnet cleaning, encapsulation, and extraction equipment

This class is ideal for facility managers, maintenance teams, and anyone responsible for carpet care in commercial environments. Lunch will be provided.
