Warehouse Team Member

Department: Warehouse Operations

Position Summary

The Warehouse Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient warehouse operations. This position supports customer satisfaction by accurately picking, staging, and handling products while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, verify, and stage customer orders accurately.

• Prepare products for delivery and shipment.

• Ensure order accuracy and maintain quality standards.

Inventory Management

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.

• Report damaged or missing products.

• Maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse systems.

Equipment & Warehouse Operations

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Team Support

• Participate in meetings, training, and warehouse initiatives.

• Assist other warehouse functions as needed.

• Support delivery and receiving operations when required.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize products.

• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Preferred

• Forklift certification.

• Experience with inventory management systems and scan gun technology.
