Delivery Driver

Position Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and accurately delivering products to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as a key quality checkpoint, ensuring orders arrive complete, on time, and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations.

• Operate box trucks and company vehicles safely.

• Deliver products directly to designated customer storage areas.

• Pick up equipment and products as needed.

Customer Service

• Provide professional, courteous service during every delivery.

• Build positive relationships with customers.

• Represent KAMO's commitment to service excellence.

Quality & Documentation

• Verify product accuracy before delivery.

• Obtain required customer signatures and delivery documentation.

• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

Vehicle & Safety

• Perform daily vehicle inspections.

• Report maintenance concerns promptly.

• Follow DOT requirements and company safety policies.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license.

• Experience operating delivery vehicles or box trucks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift and move products safely.

• Reliable attendance and strong customer service skills.

Preferred

• Current DOT medical card.

• Forklift and pallet jack experience.

• Experience with inventory systems and mobile technology.
